- We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or full refund.

- To be eligible for a return, the hoodie must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at: thepeakcart.llc@gmail.com
Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free Replacements)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong hoodie/size, contact us immediately at support@thepeakcartllc.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement hoodie immediately at zero extra cost to you.
Exchanges (Size Issues)
We understand that kids grow fast! If the hoodie doesn’t fit your child perfectly, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your refund.
